BAASIR 701 of area 57621m2 is located in Mount Lebanon Governorate, Chouf District. The project is 5 minutes away from Sidon –Beirut highway and 20 minutes from Sidon city and 40 minutes from Beirut city. It rises 345 meters from the sea level as it overlooks to Debbeyeh, Borjain and Shamis countries.

The Project is characterized by a calm region away from the crowded places and equipped with an electrical station specialized for the project and a special station for the drainage.

The Land’s nature is half aguish and categorized as half industrial and half residential. It has 2 entrances, one for the main road of baasir and the other is for kassaret baasir. It is outfitted with paved roads, water, electricity and drainage services with a private garden in the middle of the project.

Details:

The real estate area ranges between 1501 and 2953 meters square. The excavation works are of 10 meters wide and slope 12%.

The excavation started by digging of the winter canals on the road side with a width of 8 inches underground and of depth 80 cm under the base layer, then filling it with powder. After that, the digging of the drainage network occurred at a depth of 1 meter and this is followed by 8 inches pipes.

Then, the perimeter of the pipes was pilled by powder. The electricity pylons were installed with the extension of the electricity network. Later, the road mold was settled after being sprayed by a sufficient amount of water and rolling it by a compressor then spreading a layer of crushed gravel.

At last, the road was asphalted with a thickness of 5cm and 5m width after spreading the collas layer.
