The project, of real estates’ numbered 139-140-141-142-142-143-144-145-146-147, is located in Mount Lebanon, Aley district, with a total area of 15490m². It is categorized into 10 estates of areas that range between a minimum of 1200 m² and a maximum of 2080m². It is 15 minutes away from Beirut city, 5 minutes from aley city, and 10 minutes from Bhamdoun as it rises 975 meters from the sea level.

The project is sited on a hill overlooking from the south on Bhamdoun as well as Mansouriet Bhamdoun, and from the west on Aley city as it overlooks at the Barouk Mountain. The land’s nature is of two kinds: the first is of forested environment covered with oak trees and the second is of agriculture hills planted with figs and olives.

The project’s feature is a circular hill overseeing the river’s stream and on the snowy hills that surrounds the land’s interfaces. The project is also characterized by its resort location as it is surrounded by villas and palaces to Arab and local owners.

The area is equipped with water and electricity extensions which reach up to the project. About half of the project is ready to be planted by cherry, pear, apple, peach, apricot, and almonds.

The snow falls on the property several times during the winter and remains until spring where in the summer the weather contains a cold breeze because of the airway in the valleys.
