The project consists of 4 estates 1801-1802-1809-1833 is located in Mount Lebanon governorate, Chouf district. It is about 30km away to the south of Beirut. The land is extended on vast tracts of agricultural fields, hills, and valleys as it rises 400 meters from the sea level.

The project is of total area 63731 m2 and is categorized into 26 estates of areas that range between a minimum of   m2 and a maximum of    m2 accompanied with a private garden.
