Debbiyeh 300 is located in Mount Lebanon governorate, Chouf district. It is about 30km away to the south of Beirut. The land is extended on vast tracts of agricultural fields, hills, and valleys as it rises 400 meters from the sea level where the zone’s system is 20x20.

The project is of total area 31739 m2 and is categorized into 25 estates of areas that range between a minimum of 700m2 and a maximum of 2424 m2 accompanied with a private garden.
