The project classifies 6 real estates that are located in Wadi abou Yousef, Mount Lebanon governorate, Chouf district. The real estates of numbers (1) - (2) - (4) - (5) - (6) - (10) are of total area 530,379 m²and divided into 189 properties.

• The estate (1) is of total area 167,795 m2 and categorized into 50 properties of areas that range between 2011m2 and 4672m2.
• The estate (2) is of total area 245,912m2 and categorized into 86 properties of areas that range between 2005m2 and 3993m2.
• The estate (4) is of total area 23864m2 and categorized into 8 properties of areas that range between 2011m2 and 5516m2.
• The estate (5) is of total area 54649m2 and categorized into 30 properties of areas that range between 2096m2 and 3319m2.
• The estate (6) is of total area 28360m2 and categorized into 10 properties of areas that range between 2137m2 and 4234m2.
• The estate (10) is of total area 9799m2 and categorized into 5 properties of areas that range between 2044m2 and 2312m2.

The project is 8km away from Jiyyeh highway as it rises 600m from the sea level. It overlooks from the eastern side to Jahleyye, Bkishtine, and Shmaarine, where from the western side to Debbeyeh.
